As well as providing maintenance for our long term customers, we can also provide one-off troubleshooting sessions on request.

Troubleshooting sessions are available in 15 minute, 30 minute, or 1 hour blocks.

We are based in New Zealand, but can cover most major time zones.

How it works:

1. Book a time
2. Purchase the session here.  (Invoice option available for long-term customers)
3. Join the online meeting at the time you’ve booked.
