Small Business Support Team
Our first web client started running their business out of a storage container around 20 years ago. We’ve helped them with their website many times over the decades, and loved watching them grow into the awesome team they are today.
We don’t deprioritise new or local businesses just because they’re small. We’re small too. Small teams are agile, can adapt to change, and make fast decisions.
Kristie has worked in a national Enterprise sized organisation, and global SaaS, but is also a third generation small business owner who values the niche and interesting things that small businesses can do.
We love massive budgets naturally, but we also love to work with small budgets and big ideas. We can help you start small and plan to scale your business incrementally over time.

What we don’t usually do in-house:
- Social Media: We can help you find someone, or create integrations with socials and your website, but we don’t post to socials on your behalf.
- Graphic Design: We don’t create logos or graphics. However we can recommend and team up with great Graphic Designers for logos and branding.
- Technical Co-Founder: Do you have a great app idea you’ve brainstormed/prototyped with AI and you want us to work on it for free? For a share of the eventual profits? Sorry, that’s not our thing.
- Personal IT services: While we can punch a hole through an enterprise firewall to route a low-latency P2P UDP audio feed for international movie studios to enable certain blockbuster film productions to proceed during a global pandemic, we usually refrain from fixing your Wi-Fi, computer, or phone, unless you’re a close relative and you have already tried turning it off and then on again.
- Business IT Services: We only provide WordPress Web-hosting for sites we have built and that we actively manage. For any other Web Hosting, Networks, Servers, Microsoft365, Outlook etc, we can put you in touch with our favourite providers.
